      Thank you Kelly, it is definitely worth it. My most recent learning experience was when I read about the Founder of ForSaleByOwner.com tried to sell their personal home and couldn’t on his website. The best part was when he couldn’t, they hired a Real Estate Agent to sell it and the agent sold it for over asking pricing! A true testament of knowing when to hire an expert; it allows you to do exploit your own greatness!
