Kameron Mantell

Tell us in a few sentences how your brand helps others?

I am an average size mom of 3 and through modeling I feel like I can show what clothes are actually going to look like on the standard middle aged busy mother, while also empowering woman to embrace their age and true size

.

What was your initial inspiration that got you to where you are today?

A few years ago I had a personal transformation in my life where I completely revamped my mental, physical and emotional health. Ever since I’ve had confidence and security in myself and this has been the inspiration behind all that I do today.

When you started your most recent path, did you ever envision that you would be where you are now?

I don’t necessarily try to envision anything in the future, I’ve learned that we make plans and God laughs! That said, I set my goals and then just enjoy the process as I accomplish them.

Was there ever a time that things didn't fall into place, struggles or challenges? What were they and how did you get past it and grow from the experience?

I’ve used pageantry as a platform to get my message out there and though I’ve enjoyed every minute of it, it’s always a little disappointing to work so hard and not always take home the crown. However I have discovered that the crown isn’t the only prize, the relationships I’ve made have gotten me further than any bling ever will. With that in mind I stay encouraged and optimistic about whatever might come my way next.

What was the biggest lesson you learned during this journey?

The biggest lesson for me has been to stay open minded. It is good to have an outline for where you want to be in life but you just never know what lies ahead and as long as the outcomes are positive for you, just go with it!

What would you tell a FEM that is struggling in her business and feeling like it's too difficult?

Sometimes we just need a checkout, so if things are frustrating at the moment, take a break, step back from what you’re doing and relax. Once you’ve gained your composure, refocus and new ideas to make it work will likely be rolling through you like wildfire.

What continues to inspire you to keep on growing your business?

The thought of inspiring myself and other women to always know our worth and that it’s ok to want to feel beautiful, sexy and smart all at the same time keeps me going because every woman deserves this.

Final advice for those thinking of starting a business or looking to grow their current business?

Life is short, GO FOR IT!
