Tell us in a few sentences how your brand helps others?
Women have dulled ourselves down for far too long. Through Empowerment Coaching I teach women to stand tall, step out of the shadows and shine!
What was your initial inspiration that got you to where you are today?
I always knew I did not fit in with the patriarchy that I was raised in. I didn't understand why I had to play small to make other feel better about themselves.
Once I did my own healing, I felt a calling to teach women that it was ok to say no to limiting beliefs, it was ok to be smart, strong and amazing!
When you started your most recent path, did you ever envision that you would be where you are now?
I never knew I would be as happy and free as I feel now. I envisioned great things but I did not appreciate the freedom my own empowerment would give me.
Was there ever a time that things didn't fall into place, struggles or challenges? What were they and how did you get past it and grow from the experience?
Oh my! Yes! I had years of doubting myself, which led to an unhappy life coupled with depression. I found all new lows I did not even know existed.
One step at a time. One day at a time. I started taking care of me.
Luckily I found Empowerment Coaching and starting working on myself, believing in myself, putting myself first with no apologies.
What was the biggest lesson you learned during this journey?
We all have a story, some are very tragic but ultimately we are all blessed.

What would you tell a FEM that is struggling in her business and feeling like it's too difficult?
Focus on you! Make a plan, avoid all the distractions and go for it.
One call at a time, one client at a time. You can do it!
Believe in yourself and your gifts.
What continues to inspire you to keep on growing your business?
Women. We have so much to offer and I love it when a women finds her strength, her voice, her power.
Final advice for those thinking of starting a business or looking to grow their current business?
Everyone will tell you how they did it. Learn from that and define your own path. You can do it!
